Paying and shipping
Two ways to order: pay by card on the site for a ready-made piece, or send me a message for anything custom. And two ways to get it — posted to you for a flat $12, or picked up from me for nothing. You choose in your basket, so you see the whole total before you pay.

In your basket you choose how you would like it: Ship it to me, which adds a flat $12, or I’ll pick it up, which adds nothing at all. The total updates as you choose, so there is no surprise at the end.
On a pickup I will be in touch after you order to arrange a time and a place to meet. Everything is packed by me, by hand, because most of what I send is something somebody is going to open as a gift.

Ready-made pieces take a card right here — your basket, then the payment page, and the order comes straight to me. Personalized work is quoted first and paid once we have agreed on it, because the price depends on what you ask for.
Nothing is ever charged when you send the order form. That just starts the conversation.

How do I pay?
Ready-made pieces can be paid for by card right on the site — put what you want in your basket and check out. Custom and personalized pieces come through a message to me, and we settle the details together before anything is made.
Is shipping included?
No — shipping is a flat $12, and you choose it in your basket: Ship it to me adds the $12, or I will pick it up adds nothing at all. Whichever you choose, you see the whole total before you pay. If you would rather collect it, just pick that and I will arrange a time and a place with you.
How long will my order take?
It depends on what you want and how full my table is, which is why I answer with a real timeline instead of a number on a page. Custom and personalized pieces need a little lead time, so tell me your date early.
Can I order more than one of something?
Yes. Sets and quantities are welcome — a stack of coasters, a handful of tumblers for a team, a basket of a few different pieces. Just tell me how many.
Something on the shelf has sold out — now what?
Message me. I keep only a small number made up, so most pieces I can simply make again in your colors — that is usually the better outcome anyway, because you get to choose them.
Can it be personalized?
Almost always. Names, colors, a saying, a design you have in mind — that is my favorite kind of work. Send me the idea and I will tell you honestly what is possible.
